I’m Maja — a senior UX/UI designer, web designer, and brand builder based in North Macedonia, working remotely worldwide. 12+ years delivering bold, high-performance digital products for governments, agencies, startups, and growing brands. Awwwards featured. Hackathon award winner. I design. I develop. I own the whole thing.
I’m Maja Siljanoska — a senior digital designer and developer based in Skopje, North Macedonia, working with clients across the UK, EU, US, and beyond.
I started in 2013 as a freelance designer who refused to stay in one lane. Over 12 years I’ve worked across every scale — from national government platforms serving 3M+ users, to award-winning fintech apps, to co-founding my own digital agency, Webstera. I’ve led teams of 8, won hackathons, had work featured on Awwwards, and shipped 120+ websites and 35+ apps across industries.
My edge? I sit at the intersection of bold design and serious strategy. I’m not just a designer who makes things look good — I specialize in UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), SEO-informed design, and brand systems that scale. I’ve built for enterprise, government, legal, media, finance, and e-commerce. I’ve worked in Agile teams, led cross-functional sprints, and managed client relationships from first brief to final launch.
