Streema’s existing website faced several challenges, including outdated design, complex navigation, and inconsistent user experience across different sections. Users found it difficult to locate and interact with content, leading to lower engagement and higher bounce rates.
To address these challenges, we conducted extensive UX research to understand the behavior, needs, and preferences of Streema’s diverse user base. This research included user surveys, interviews, and usability testing, which provided valuable insights into user pain points and areas for improvement.
Based on the research findings, the web design process focused on creating a clean, modern layout that emphasized ease of use and visual appeal. The new design incorporated streamlined navigation menus, clear call-to-actions, and an organized layout that made it easier for users to find and enjoy their favorite content. Responsive design principles were applied to ensure the website performed seamlessly across all devices, from desktops to smartphones.
